Over 12FU w/ HOW YES NO (HR) + DAD JOKE (HR) + MY PURSE (NL) + DJ'S YOKE, JOOKE & JOKUH (NL)

HOW YES NO (HR) is a post punk/art punk/wave power trio from Zagreb, Croatia. Their songs are short, funky, punky, jazzy, chaotic and straight to the point, reminiscent of Minuteman, Gang of Four, Lithics, Duds, Uranium club and so on. The band was formed during lockdown in 2020. The real life was given to the band in 2022 when the EP 'Small talk' was released along with the music video for the song 'Under the rug'. After playing 5 tours, the band recorded their second EP, Simple Tones. They will spend 2026 mostly on the road promoting their new stuff. DAD JOKE (HR) is a garage post-punk solo act embracing a lo-fi aesthetic and a "less is more" approach. Recently released a debut EP "How many songs can you handle this night." The EP was recorded in a garage in Zagreb, with Goran Lautar and his Tascam behind the recording. The sound reveals influences from garage antiheroes across the punk spectrum. MY PURSE features angular post-punk and riot-grrrl edge with music that is actively 'anti-sauce', forming a counter-movement to the wall of sound typically associated with (post-)punk. Interlocking guitars and dominant basslines create space for multi-part vocal melodies. Featuring members from Yodel Queen, Cardigan Inn, and Hondenfokker, various styles converge. In My Purse, they find common ground in their vision of sound: while much is happening, the music never becomes a wall of sound: not 'sauce', but 'anti-sauce. A DJ set by YOKE, JOKUH & JOOKE.

OCCII is een zelfbeheerd podium in Amsterdam-Zuid, al decennialang een vaste plek voor underground muziek buiten de commerciële circuits. De programmering draait om punk, hardcore, post-punk, experimentele muziek en avant-garde, met regelmatig internationale acts naast lokale bands. De zaal heeft een kleine capaciteit, wat zorgt voor een directe sfeer. OCCII opereert als kraakpand-erfgoed en collectief, met een sterke nadruk op doe-het-zelf-cultuur en solidariteit met gelijkgestemde scènes wereldwijd.
