Over Piano Nights with Eric Christian and Nino Gvetadze
At Piano Nights, the piano takes center stage, and you'll hear the most beautiful piano music of all time. In an intimately lit hall, two pianists each present a completely different repertoire. Expect, for example, delightful romantic melodies from classical composers, as well as captivating works by neoclassical heroes such as Ludovico Einaudi. Eric is a pianist and composer from New York who writes beautiful, narrative works, brimming with stunning melodies and inspired by the classical tradition. Nino Gvetadze is a regular guest at The Concertgebouw and performs with the world's most famous orchestras. Tonight she will perform beloved works from the classical repertoire. As with every Piano Nights event, drinks will be served after the concert, providing an opportunity for further conversation. Please note: strobe effects will be used during this concert.

Over Het Concertgebouw
Het Concertgebouw is een klassieke concertzaal uit 1888 aan het Museumplein, met twee zalen waarvan de Grote Zaal internationaal bekendstaat om zijn akoestiek. De programmering draait grotendeels om klassieke muziek: symfonieën, kamermuziek, opera en orgelconcerten, verzorgd door gezelschappen als het Koninklijk Concertgebouworkest en internationale gasten. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor hedendaagse componisten, jazz en wereldmuziek.
