Over Life Drawing Weekend Intensive
Weekend intensives life drawing course at 4bid gallery. Over 4 sessions (Friday to Monday, each 3 hours), you'll delve deeper into model drawing than in regular weekly appointments. Under the tutor's guidance, you will cover composition, anatomy, and shading. You'll work with the same live model across all sessions to master understanding of their shapes. Develop and own a personal style, focusing on chiaroscuro and line work, and applying bold gesture onto the paper. On the last evening you'll further one drawing, finishing it by applying all the learned tools. To get the most out of this course, it can be helpful to have taken part in a drop-in session at 4bid gallery on either Tuesdays or Sundays. However, prior experience is not required. The course includes materials, coffee, tea, and snacks. Maximum 8 participants. Classes are on Friday 18:00–21:00, Saturday and Sunday 16:00–19:00, and Monday 18:00–21:00. Dates: 19–22 June 2026.

Over OT301
OT301 is een zelfbeheerd cultureel centrum op de Overtoom in Amsterdam-West, opgericht na een kraakactie in 1999 en sinds 2006 in handen van de coöperatieve vereniging EHBK. Het pand combineert woningen, werkruimtes en publieke functies onder één dak: de Ventilator cinema/bar, concertstudio's, de vegancafé Gilde, galerieruimte 4Bid en dansstudio's. De programmering loopt uiteen van techno, drum and bass en jungle-nights tot performances, exposities, filmscreenings en workshops. De plek trekt een underground, politiek-bewust publiek en draait volledig not-for-profit.
